As you start coaching it may be a difficult to “pick” a niche but it can be found by doing some research and discovering, uncovering a need that many people have and then creating or finding a product to solve it.
Niche becomes that group of people who have a specific challenge that your product/service solves. Having a niche makes marketing your coaching business much easier, so there is great value in having one.
Many Coaches to become professional coaches transition from their currently held careers, work areas and specialisations by integrate their years of experience and knowledge into highly crafted, well honed coaching niches. For instance, a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) may position him self as a Coach to Financial Professionals or Business Managers with P&L responsibilities.
