Our Advanced ICF accredited Coach Training Program for Level 2 has been in existence as ACSTH program. It has been supporting coach leaders with enhancing their coaching skills & practice, enhancing knowledge to maximise the power of professional coaching to the world.

At this level of coach training, there’s 20% focus on Self-Development as a Coach. The reason is…as we coach for meaning, values, and beliefs, the self in the coach get’s engaged and it has the potential for intrude into the client coaching work. Our developmental approach to coaching and the coach is about cultivating one’s self, in order to bring the most value to the coaching clients. 

Who can join Level 2:

  1. Coaches wanting to apply for ACC and/or PCC credentials with ICF without having to submit the recordings- since the evaluation is done in-house. This shortens the turn around time to 4 weeks .
  2. If you have completed a 60-hour ACSTH program , Level 1 course, or hold an ACC credential.
  3. you have completed 30-60 hours of ACSTH program, we can accept your completed hours based on -pre-assessment . If you make it thro, you can complete the ACTP program without submitting recording to ICF. You’ll only be completed Coach Knowledge assessment with ICF.

Level 2 coach training runs over 7 months and has the following elements adding to 132 hours of learning:

  1. Coach Training : 36 live sessions (84 hours) over 7 months, weekly for 2 hours each
  2. Mentor Coaching : 8 hours ; as a group 
  3. Coach Supervision : 5 hours of individual coach supervision ; the learners will be able to create a Coach development plan for themselves.
  4. Real time practice : Live coaching from class 3 onwards for maximum learning and practice 
  5. Peer Coaching in Triads : 12 hours ;Each learner coach get the practice to design a coaching engagement with/for a fellow coach to get real-life coaching progress experience. These hours will contribute towards the 100 hours of coach practice required for ACC credentialing process.
  6. Receive coaching : Each learner will get a credentialed coach to get 5 hours of coaching pro-bono ( from our own alumni) 
  7. Reading and learning resources: The Learning process, demands reading of certain books and presenting your reflections ( 3 hours) as part of the curriculum. You will also receive learning material to use. These are for offline consumption.

Steps to PCC Credentialing

  1. Complete coach training & all the other elements
  2. Accrue 500 hours of client coaching experience (use the template)
  3. Complete Mentor Coaching hours
  4. Complete the Performance evaluation with PCI for PCC
  5. Submit to ICF : Coach Training Certificate, Performance Evaluation letter, A fee of $175 USD (ICF Member)
  6. Complete the Coach Knowledge Assessment (CKA) once provided by ICF

Program Instructor

The Principal Coach Instructor for this program is Sukh Mishraa. Sukh holds PCC from ICF since 2016 and is working towards her MCC. She’s also a registered ICF Mentor Coach for ACC and PCC credentialing process. Sukh is a PCC assessor and supports ICF in assessing ACC/PCC recordings for minimum skills requirements and markers.

Sukh holds European Individual Accreditation EIA, at Senior Practitioner level from EMCC and also European Supervision Individual accreditation , ESIA from EMCC.

This program is also supported by some PCI alumni, based on their availability and engagement.

How is the program delivered?

The entire program is delivered virtually thro Zoom. It’s a live, synchronous Video + Audio format of learning and coaching. We have done that since 2015.

What is the total time investment in the program?

This is an enhanced coaching program. It requires you to commit to the following: attending the program live, practicing what we learn with fellow participants and in real-life, reading the recommended books, learning material, completing assignments by yourself and others. The minimum time investment for the program is 150 hours over 7-8 months.

Who are the Intended participants and pre-requisites for individuals to enroll ?

Coach is developmental for the learner and the coach. Pre-requisites for participants are genuine interest to learn, explore, challenge+ support self and others, judge less-help more.

Professionals in the People development space like HR, Talent development, L&D, People leaders, Consultant, Trainers/Facilitators wanting to build coaching competencies, Business Leaders wanting to hone coaching side of their contribution.
